Modular Cleanrooms with intergrated false ceiling,

Laminar Flow Work Stations, Class 100 & Class 10, with use of Hepa & Ulpa fiters, Vertical & Horizontal air flow, made of laminated plyboard / epoxy powder coated steel / stainless steel with standardized air handling components & filters. The advanced design facilitates shipping of machines in knocked down condition and easy assembly at site in a few hours. The lowest sound level [less than 60 dbA], only from BASE, in India.

Horizontal LAF (SS304)                                      LAF - Horizontal & Vertical

Pre filters, 5 micron, 98% efficiency, washable type & Hepa Filters, 99.97 / 99.99 % efficiency, EU 12 / 13 / 14 grade exclusively used in all LAF work stations.
Air flow velocity 90 fpm +/- 20%, 220 – 240V, 50 Hz power supply, provided with 5 meters of power chord. [120V,60Hz model also available]. The Class 10 LAF work stations, assembled and tested in the cleanroom facility at the factory, dispatched with the test certificates. Imported ULPA filters are exclusively used in all class 10 devices.
The inert gas welding system provides flawless joints in all stainless steel components. All filters are tested by QA dept before dispatch from the factory and certified. All assembled machines are tested and validated at the site. All necessary certificates are issued to comply with the standards of ISO & cGMP.

All Bio safety cabinets manufactured as per the international BSL requlations & NSF 49.
Bio safety cabinets are available in Class 2 [A, B1, B2 & B3] & Class3.

Containment Booth

The Containment Booth [Sampling & Dispensing], designed to comply with the standards of cGMP, in various sizes to suit the specific requirements of the end user. Single & 3 phase options available. Class 100 quality air supplied at the work zone, the reverse suction/exhaust system facilities personal protection and prevention of cross contamination.
The front vinyl curtains, made of 200 mm wide transparent strips [imported] supplied as an integral part of the machine. All pre filters are washable and reusable.
Dwyer Magnahelic gauge provided as the standard part of the equipment to monitor the pressure drop across the terminal filter. Optional pressure gauges provided to monitor the pressure drop across the pre filters.
All pre filters are washable and reusable.

An easy upgradation of the existing cleanroom to class 100 or Class 10. Suspended / floor mounted hoods available in stainless stell 304 / 316.  Choice of terminla filters -- Deep pleat Hepa filters / mini pleat Hepa filters.

Air Handling Units, engineered and designed for Cleanroom applications, Double skin, PUF insulated, modular construction, provided with 3 stage filtration,. SS 304 drain tray, and gauges to monitor the pressure drop across the filters [optional].

Variable frequency drive, the microprocessor based control system provided [optional] to control the speed of the blower with respect to room temperature / differential pressure.

The energy saving innovation from BASE, Thermal Break AHU, a perfect choice for the air handling.

The AHU frame Profile - imported thermal break profiles arrest the heat transfer through the frame, along with insulated panels provides zoro heat loss, 30% energy saving compared to the conventional AHUs.
The internal coving of the AHU profiles avoid dust accumulation inside the AHU, further improve the quality of the air circulated.
The non corrossive hardware, stainless steel fasteners facilitate the easy removal of the filters from the seats.

Single skin modular & mono grid Air Handling Units for fresh air / positive pressurization, provided with 2/3 stage filtration.

Exhaust / pressure balancing air handling units with heat exchangers /  panel & bag filters / activated carbon filters customized to suit the specific requirements.

Heat  recovery, Air to Air Heat Exchanger incorporated Air handling Units designed for operation theaters, which facilitates 100% fresh air supply into the room along with 30% energy saving. Similar AHUs designed for Animal House facility with the addition of activated carbon filters.

Air Handling Ducts are provided with prefabricated flanges [imported]. as per the standards of SMACNA.
